Shout out to all the Staff at Barrie Harley and especially the Service Department at Barrie Harley. I needed new tires on my Ultra Classic and even during these trying times they were able to get my bike in and complete the service I required. Words alone cannot describe the dedication and effort put into helping all riders get their rides out of storage and needed repairs to ready all of us for the upcoming season. Thank You to Bruce and CJ for all the updates and letting me know when my Bike was ready, Thank You to the mechanics who worked to put tires on and then cleaning the Bike before I picked it up. Thank You to Miles for taking the time to chat (at a distance of course) it was good to see him. Although all of us are not sure how long this Pandemic will last it's reassuring to know that Barrie Harley is staying partially open to service our needs and taking care of themselves during these trying times.

While travelling west from New Jersey, USA I had a issued with my 2003 Harley Davidson Fatboy. The fork started leaking oil. I was relayed to your dealership by Pfaff Harley. The service guys Miles and Jason where awesome and really took care of me. The mechanic Chris found the issue and after a few hours I was back on the road headed toward Sturgis. My Daughter contacted a parts dept at another HD dealer and got the run around when trying to buy a simple set of foot pegs, they tried to sell her more expensive ones, she ended up leaving without getting me a father day gift but ended up getting me a gift card.I then attempted to go buy the foot pegs at the same dealer and i got the same run around. I then contacted Barrie HD and was greeted warmly on the phone, was spoken to in a nice manner and was told they are in stock with no gimmicks etc. I will be using the gift card at Barrie Harley-Davidson thanks :) Its worth the drive to Barrie Harley-Davidson

My new 2015 Ultra Limited Low, would not start as there was a defect in the starter switch module. Bruce came to my house and
after a number of attempts confirmed there was a problem. He took the bike on the trailer to the dealership. This was Saturday
Sept 26/15. The next day was the Demo rides and after taking a couple of rides, my bike was fixed and I was "back on the road"!
This was Sunday and the service department was closed. They called in one of the electrical mechanics on his days off and he traced the problem and replaced the module from a 2016 bike on the showroom floor as they would not have a module in stock.
This is great customer service and I appreciate the efforts they made getting me back riding! I highly recommend Barrie Harley. My purchase was a great experiance and the service is great too!Will Janes,

I just had my first experience with my 7 YEAR EXTENDED WARRENTY ! The tire and rim WARRENTY had just paid for itself in less than 1 year, as I had a tire go down , it was replaced with a brand new one !!!!!!!!!!. My GLIDE is as smooth as ever , LOVE IT!!!!

Nice Crome very easy to install . Vic and Kieth helped me out great job guys . I made my choice on which pipes I wanted because of Barrie HD Thunder Pipe Night. I Highly recommend you go and see and here,all the options from the service team at HD,and all clinics make your make your purchase a one time deal the first time!. I know other riders that have sets of pipes in garage and wasted $$$$ till they found what they liked!!.

I had My first service done on my new 20013 road glide, and as always the customer service was over the top. I have NEVER had customer service like have received from Barrie HD, I have run my own business of over twenty years and have dealt with more customer service than I care to remember, and NONE come even close!! Keep up the good work.
I just purchased a tour pack with custom paint to match for my wife and myself to go on tours of a life time!!!. The paint was PERFECT and chrome, love it !!!!!!!.
Heritage Bars and deep bucket seat be installed in spring, all I have to do is wait for spring, cant stop polishing the bike.also purchased gas tank willy G cover, and axle caps,timing cover,highway pegs, leather jack,2 rain suits,shirts, full oil service parts and equipment.the guys in parts are very good and help you with your product purchases and show all options that I was not aware of. All very happy!!!!, you guys and gals keep me coming back.

I'm a military member and, having moved very often, have visited Harley Davidson dealerships coast to coast; so when I say BarrieHD is one of the very best it comes from experience. I originally dropped in to get parts for my basket case 86 FXWG, Vic and Dave(he was working parts then) were super helpful walking me through the diagnosis of a tranny problem. When it came to my one and only new HD purchase Jennifer put up with 2 years of me drooling over the bikes in the showroom with her perpetual grin. I'm sure she thought I was just a tire kicker but that never stopped her from talking to me every time I walked in. I had decided on a new 2012 Road Glide Custom but even that process lasted about 2 weeks with me; both Gill and Jennifer displayed some extreme patience as I weighed the pros and cons of spending over $30,000 on a new bike. Only 2 drawbacks are systemic with HD and Deeley not BarrieHD, HD finance has an interest rate that is too high, and Harley Davidson accessories available for the Road Glide custom are a little limited and expensive as well. Having 4 dealerships within an hour drive means I had a choice but Barrie Harley Davidson went above and beyond to earn my money.

On November 5/2012 I bought a used 09' softail. My sales people were Jennifer and Keith who both made my purchase fun and easy. They were both so helpful in explaining the features of this bike as it is my first Harley.When my wife and I came up to finalize the details, Dave spent a great deal of time with me doing the walk around and was fantastic with detail. I ordered new grips to be put on before delivery and service was just great. I needed a helmet and a couple of accessories which the girls in accessories were fantastic. I bought my first bike from Keith, who sold me my first bike, 883 Sportster XL in 2006. I've taken my bike in for winter storage and all of my servicing and parts needs. This year, I called Keith again and he was top-notch with his friendly service and in finding the bike that was just right for me. On the day I called, he stated that a 2010 Softail Custom Deluxe was on the floor and that I should stop by to take a look. Within the hour, I knew that it would be mine and Keith did everything possible to expedite the process! Everyone from the young lady in Finance, to the fella who walked me through the site to find just the right saddle bags, were impressive in their professionalism and customer service.
I love my new bike and am very greatful for the top quality service, I always receive at Barrie Harley.

Just a fast note to the Service Dept, on having my Ultra Glide serviced for a transmission repair. I just recently picked up my Bike after this repair was done, and to my surprise, not only was the work done right, and on time, I even got a phone call from Bruce to let me know that it was ready, even though he knew I was out of town and would not be able to pick it up until I returned! Now when I did come to get the bike I was even more surprised that the Bike had been washed as it was dirty when I brought it in. I just got back from holidays and didn't have time to clean it This to me was a nice touch! To Ryan, who brought the bike up from storage, Bruce who took it in for the work to be done and Miles for making sure all was done right the first time!!! Thank You guys, Job well Done!! Brian

ultra.In all the staff there are number one. They cater to the customer, even when
they get a bit difficult and make sure that the customers experience is a
good or great one. The service dept, is one that deserves a pizza and beer one night for sure and two particular people in the write up area that i have dealt with need an extra mention. Bruce and Miles are excellent in their positions as far as patience, knowledge, professionalism and attitude.

I've been riding HD's for over 40 years and have had a lot of experience with the various dealerships over those years. I recently moved back from western Canada and 'finally' found a dealership that provides what everyone is always looking for 'customer service'. Your staff in accessories, parts and service have provided outstanding service whenever my wife and I stop in. The service department provided the 'best' experience I've had in quite a long time. I judge the service department on the condition of my bike when I pick it up. They did exactly what they said they would do and returned it in the clean 'detailed' condition that I dropped it off in and it ran like it was new again. We recommend your dealership to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.

I stored my bike there for the winter and just picked it up Wed April 13. Your staff is top notch. I have never run into one of your staff members that doesn't make you feel like you're the only customer Barrie Harley Davidson has! Even you Bruce, have shown me great courtesy when I wanted to go down in the basement on one of numerous occasions just to 'visit' with my Fat Boy. I drove to Barrie to find out information about my harley davidson helmet. The helmet is 2 years old and during one of my rides it suffered damage to the top of the helmet. I was overwelmed with the knowledge and expertise of the sales staff that serviced me. She explained the risks involved if I continued to wear the helmet and helped me select a new helmet for my future riding experiences. My hats or helmets off to this person she made me feel very much a valued customer.
